Welcome to Nina’s Notions!I was recently asked about the products in the store. For those of you who don't know, I am revamping the store to carry items you can't get at the big box stores. Dare 2B Artsy, Peddlers Den, Gerda Steiner, Emily Moore Designs, Scrappy Boy, Taylored Expressions, Alt E New, just to name a few. Do you have a favorite brand you struggle to find? Let me know and I will see if it is something we can carry. I am always looking for suggestions. |

Die Cuts & Overlays:Are you looking for die cuts or overlays for your Scrabook pages? We also make Cake Toppers. If you have something you have designed on your own or have found a photo of on the internet, email those ideas to us and we can have them made and ready for you within the week. |

You and a fun friend are invited to our Pampered Chef cooking party! If you haven't been to a party in a while, be prepared for fun, food and friends! The demo will be short and sweet (less than 1 hour) and we'll see all that's new for Pampered Chef this Summer! When: Wednesday, July 17th at 6:00 PM A portion of the sales from this party will be donated to the organization, Giving Paws. For those of you unfamiliar with this organization, here is some information about what they do and their mission. The vision of Giving Paws is to ensure best practices are implemented and followed for support animals in the community and the care of animals. The mission of Giving Paws is to serve the community with trained support dogs and support programming which ensures the care of animals. Their founding Executive Handler takes care of Clinton County's first Canine Advocate (court dog). In this work, many great dog lovers ask about how to train their dogs and how their dogs can work in the community. In 2022, along with other community dog lovers the Leaders of the Pack (LOP) formed. Collectively the LOP has many years of experiences in nonprofit work, dog handling and training, business, education, and community service. In 2023 their first support dogs got their Paws on the Ground in the community, and they launched Paws & Friends local vendor store to help fund their mission! 2024 they added their Pet Partners Fostering Program, a unique pet fostering program to serve the community. We have a lot of new inventory in and being placed weekly on the floor. If you are looking for something specific, please don't hesitate to call or email. If we can get the products in, we will have them within a week. |

If you want to be a part of the Wednesday Night Higham Street Market in Downtown St Johns Starting July 10th, you need to sign up by July 3rd. The cost to participate as a vendor is only $1 a Wednesday. But if we don't get enough vendors to sign up, the event will be cancelled for this year and we will work on a weekday Market for next summer.
